Family Blood

Sakura Collectionにて、最終審査まで進出した作品です。
指定素材である日本伝統の縮緬（ちりめん）を用い、現代的なシルエットと融合させたデザインに仕上げました。
テーマは「Family blood（家族の血）」──親子のつながりを表現したセットルックで、個としての美しさと、対としての調和を両立しています。
生地のもつ繊細な表情を活かしながら、ドレープをアクセントとして使用。
日本らしさと親子のつながりが交差する、伝統を感じられるフォーマル感とモダンなデザインを備えたルックを目指しました。

This work advanced to the final judging at the Sakura Collection.
Using the designated material, traditional Japanese crepe (chirimen), I created a design that fuses it with a modern silhouette.
The theme is "Family blood"—a set look that expresses the bond between parent and child, balancing individual beauty with harmony as a pair.
While making the most of the fabric's delicate expression, I used drapes as an accent.
I aimed for a look that combines a traditional formal feel with a modern design, where Japaneseness and family ties intersect.
